Howdy,
MTD grocery bill = $709.29. Wow. That’s great (pun intended). Keep in mind everything we buy is organic and we buy our eggs from Rose. So this cost could be lower. But I wanted to track the costs buying all organic and beyond organic.
Since listening to Rich’s podcasts 59 days ago, there’s been so many benefits. One of which, is finding out about PCRM.
This site is so valuable.
I signed up for the 21 day Vegan Kickstart via Nutrition MD, which is part of the PCRM site.
Each day for 21 days I got an email with what to eat each day for each meal, recipes with video, and other tips. Really valuable. And, they don’t spam me. Bonus.
On the 21st day email there were links to another service I signed up for, “Recipe of the Week”.
Now, each week I’ll get an email with a new recipe to make. Shopping list, the whole enchilada (vegan of course). For free. Holy smoked. Did I just type free? Yep, it’s free. And did I mention they don’t spam me? What a kickass service this is.
