Probiotic Red Cabbage

Howdy,

Renee took a Basics of Home Fermentation workshop at Sustainable Settings. Now she knows how to make fermented, probiotic food.

She tried making probiotic food from Rich and Julie’s cookbook, but they botched the instructions. We asked for help, but no reply. This is most likely because they’re trying to get rid of me. Which makes sense. I’ve become critical of them lately – somebody’s gotta do it.

So I’m going to sprinkle a little of this on what I eat twice a day.
