I was there in Grant Park in 2008. It was an historic night, for sure.
But in many ways, his re-election was even more historic. Because if Romney had won, I think it’d have been a setback in so many ways.
I worked for the campaign, I’m psyched that the President was re-elected.
I’m not all blue, for sure. The Democrats have their issues. I don’t think tax increases are the answer, I think the message of “make the rich pay more” turns people off. The President needs to take a much stronger stand on climate change.
He’s got his work cut out for him, for sure. But I’m glad he’s there as opposed to the other guys.
