Plantpower Way day 47 update

June 12, 2015 By paulie 1 Comment

Howdy,

Day 47. Feeling great. Even better, Renee loves this — she’s totally psyched.

MTD grocery bill:

$443.91. This includes $43 and change for 2 pans we had to buy for 2 of Rich’s recipes.

Rich’s podcasts continue to stay in my list of three, which are:

The Rich Roll Podcast

Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!

A Prairie Home Companion’s News from Lake Wobegon

I just wish Rich’s guests would do a better job of being available. I’m not joining the social fad. I’ve tried contacting a couple of his guests via email to ask questions, but so far, nada. Of course this is the alcoholic and drug addict in me that wants to think “Why are they blowing me off”?. Hopefully I’ll hear back from them soon. I’ve sent Rich a few questions via email as well, no reply. This goes back to my post that folks like Rich and his guests only want to communicate via social, which I think is bunk. Sorry. I can be calm, practice Zen and still have an opinion.

Anyway, feeling great. Totally digging living this way; it’s ethical, it helps others, and it’s lock-step with what we believe in.

Off to make some turns at Abasin now, for closing weekend.

– PK

hey there – thanks for sending me emails, listening to the pod and for exploring the book. Apologies for not replying. I get about 200 emails a day (and I’m sure many of my guests do as well) and it’s simply not possible to respond to many. I add them to a folder for Q&A podcasts but short of spending all day every day responding it’s just not feasible. It has nothing to do with social media I assure you. I sincerely hope you understand. In any event thanks for the support and wishing you well. Peace + Plants, Rich
