New Highlands signs – Snyder, Kessler, Soddy story

April 1, 2016 By paulie Leave a Comment

Another great day at Highlands.

I found 3 new Highlands signs: P 1, P 2, Dane’s Lane, and Alternate Route.

Jonesy showed me some AHSP (Aspen Highlands Ski Patrol) archives that Mr. Pinto showed him. Here’s a picture of the story in the Aspen Daily News when the 3 patrollers were killed before Highland Bowl was open.

I was also able to get some good pics of the Bronco flag at the top of Highland Peak.

Go Broncos!
Bronco flag belongs at the top – I hope they keep it there
