I’ve had Blue & Lonesome on repeat for the past few days. It’s a great Stones record, I’m so proud that they’re playing so great. To quote a commenter on the Stones forum, “…in this age of electronic lip syncers, it’s a pleasure to see men of this age showing us how it’s done”.
With Blue & Lonesome the Boys have raised the bar they set. And yes they are, the world’s greatest rock n roll band.
