Aspen appreciates climate change, cancer and heart disease

March 25, 2017 By paulie 3 Comments

So I pull into Aspen today to park, I see this sign.

I thought it was a joke. I thought there’s no way, given that the World Health Organization says processed meats such as bacon cause cancer and the damage that animal AG is doing to our planet, that Aspen, a company that depends on the environment and customers, would be promoting bacon. No way. Gotta be a joke.

So I go inside, ask some people. This is a thing. Not just a thing, a serious thing. Next Sunday, “they’ll be bacon everywhere” said one guy.

Someone should tell Aspen about Bacon. Then ask them why, a company that depends on the environment and customers, would do such a thing.
