Marching in Lincoln, NE, to give Keystone the boot

August 13, 2017 By paulie 4 Comments

Packed up the HIPEVAN and drove to Lincoln, NE, last weekend to help my friends give Keystone the boot. Here’s the link:

March to Give Keystone XL the Boot: Photos & Video

While there I had the great honor of meeting someone I’ve admired for years, Jane Kleeb (pronounced “kleb”).

Jane is the leader of Bold Nebraska, a group we’ve supported for years now. Read about Bold here:

http://boldnebraska.org/

Jane, to me, is as important to the environmental movement as anyone. She’s managed to organize Conservatives and Liberals, as part of an effort to stop the Keystone XL pipeline. If Keystone is stopped it’ll track back to the work Jane has spearheaded.

Jane is the type of leader we need. I hope she runs for office. If she does, she’ll have our full support.

Keep an eye on Jane Kleeb. And if you can, please donate to Bold Nebraska.
