Just got last month’s electricity bill, billing period 7.15 to 8.15
All we paid was the service fee. In other words all our electricity, including charging the Tesla, was generated by our solar – which has paid for itself starting this year. We even banked 10kWh, which means we generated more than we used.
Can fossil fuels match this? No. Fossil fuels cost us money. The gas from the house doesn’t work for the car.
Solar and electric cars are the way to go. Solar saves us money, because we don’t have electricity bills. Now we even make money because our panels have paid for themselves since installing them 10 years ago. Electric cars are better, cheaper, faster and safer than ICE cars.
If Republicans would just get out of the way, an economic opportunity that makes the Internet seem small would be unleashed.
