Here’s an idea for breakfast that’s both good and good for you. It’s easy to do, only takes a few minutes.
I get more than half of my daily protein and fat from this.
I use USDA Certified Organic fruit that’s in season. Note: Don’t eat fruit that’s out of season. I add USDA Certified Organic juice – not from concentrate, here.
I mix in spices; garlic, cilantro, turmeric, cinnamon, chinese 5 spice, cardamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Add in organic walnuts, and organic oats. Add some filtered water. I chug it down with a B12 vitamin.
Don’t forget to splash some water in the blender when you’re done, to get what sticks to the sides!
Eating this way is cheap insurance. You’re also showing support for farmers who grow Organic produce. It’s also inexpensive. More on that to follow.
The food comes from Costco and Vitamin Cottage.
