Hey here’s a video showing you how to make heart healthy chocolate chip muffins. That’s right, chocolate chip muffins that are good for your heart! No sugar, no oil, no bs. Just ingredients that are good for you.
The chocolate chips are dark chocolate, 65% cacao.
You can also subsitute blueberries, apples, or other fruit in place of the chocolate chips.
When the muffins are done, store them in the fridge and they’ll last at least two weeks. If not, if you leave them out in room temp., they’ll go bad inside of a week – since there’s no preservatives or bs ingredients in them.
