organic baked corn tortilla chips

May 30, 2012 By paulie 7 Comments

Howdy,

Don’t buy chips at the store. They’re terrible for you, expensive, and they’re bad for the planet.

Instead, make your own.

It’s simple. Even I could do this. But luckily I have my sweetie, she makes everything in my life soooo much better.

Get you some Food For Life Corn Tortilla’s at Vitamin Cottage or your favorite health food store. The bake ’em. Then eat ’em with some organic salsa.

Here’s the video:

One of the best things about the small towns seaside in Mexico this spring was the homemade tortilla chips. Killer. I’m trying this tonight… Now I just need a way to get fresh avocados-the 1st lady’s book promo appearance on The Daily Show last night has got me on a fresh fruit & veggies kick! Renee have any good guacamole recipes?
