MTD food cost: $719.26. This amount includes a $246.00 check I had written to Rose 2 months ago, our final milk share payment. She finally cashed it.
So the cash outflow, is actually $719.26 – $246.00 = $473.26. I consider that pretty good, considering where we live and that 100% of our food is organic or beyond organic.
