Here’s Renee’s Veggie Tofu Curry, from the ingredients to the plate.
For us, it’s about the soil.
2, 15 oz cans Thai coconut milk
1, 4 oz jar Thai red curry paste
2 tbs coconut sugar
3 cups veggies (your choice; mini bell peppers, green beans, green onions)
1 box Pad Thai Brown Rice noodles
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
