I just started doing this routine. I do it each morning, it’s a great way to start the day. I’m on the beginning level, it takes me 40 minutes to go through it.
You can do this from your home, no equipment needed. It’s stretching, core, yoga and some body exercises all in one. I love it. Give it a try.
