Sustainable Settings 013 Harvest

September 16, 2013 By paulie Leave a Comment

Howdy,

Tonight we went to the 013 Sustainable Settings Harvest in Carbondale. The farm to fork distance was 1200 feet. For anyone who believes that chemicals are needed to grow food, you’re wrong. Everything we ate tonight, was raised without one chemical. I met other growers who are growing food the same way — without chemicals. I talked to the owners of Austin Family Farm in Paonia. They don’t use chemicals. Their soil is healthy because their soil is all organic. Call Jeff and Tracey at Big B’s, they’ll tell you the same thing — they’re making the best juice in the world — without chemicals. Folks, we don’t need chemicals in our food. You’re in charge. If you quit buying food that’s basically poison, and start buying food that’s grown this way, pretty soon all food will be grown this way.
