Okay so I exercised, which consisted of:
53 minutes of weights, stretches, yoga
25 minutes on the bike
Then it was time for lunch. After I ate I was at 65%. Here ‘s what I ate:
1/4 cup of Renee’s beans
1/2 cup Renee’s Spanish rice. From Renee:
Hatch tomatoes + green chili
2 cloves garlic
Celtic sea salt
organic brown rice from Costco
In the food processor mix the tomatoes + green chili’s + garlic cloves till mostly liquid. Measure that as part of the water you’ll need for the rice (2 parts water to 1 part rice).
Bring the water/tomato mixture to a boil. Add spices + rice & cook for 50 minutes. If you need clarification or help, get a hold of me.
