I started jumping rope (or is it jump roping?? hmm…) a few months ago. I really dig it. It’s a great workout.
I use the Crossrope gear. I tried other ropes, I had trouble. The day I started using Crossrope, I got better.
Big shout out to the jump rope dudes – Dan and Ken. I sent them an email to look over a video, they replied 2 hours later. Their videos are La Bamba.

Here’s my workout:
1/2 pound rope —
10 minutes – learning the criss cross
10 minutes Boxer; 2 X 2 minutes – 1 minute rest, 3 minutes
1 pound rope —
3 X 1 minute – 1 minute rest, 3 X 30 seconds – 30 second rest. The 1 pound rope sets push me. Love it.
