I’ve taken my Whole Foods Plant Based living up another notch. I’ve now eliminated all oils, added salt, and sugars. I’m living on ultra premium fuel now.
I stopped buying Latte’s from Starbucks, because the almond milk has oils. I stopped eating candy. I stopped eating Impossible Burgers (btw. it’s impossible to be healthy eating Impossible Burgers). I stopped sneaking a piece of our son’s cheese pizza. I stopped eating peanut butter. No more candy and popcorn at the movies. Everything I eat, and that means everything, is a Whole Food Plant based. I don’t eat anything else.
Never felt better. My weight is down 15lbs. I’m lean. My workouts are longer, I feel stronger.
So over the next 14 days, I’m going to post what I eat. What I eat is only what I eat. If it’s not in the videos, I don’t eat it. I’m also going to post my workouts. I’m 61. I don’t have any special secrets, other than I’m a weirdo which is no secret. I’m not an athlete. Anyone can do this. I’m trying to help you do this.
