Our food is delish. It’s the best. Anyone can do this. Here’s what I had for dinner. In a bowl.
Bottom of the bowl is greens. On top of the greens are broccoli sprouts — that we grow.
Then add in Renee’s chili. Here’s the recipe:
4 Garlic cloves
1 big can Simple Truth salt free diced tomatoes
1 can organic red kidney beans
1 can organic hot chili beans
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
2 medium sized jalapeños
Sautéed in water, cook for 30 minutes
Then add in
On the side – in another bowl
Organic white mushrooms sautéed in low sodium soy sauce and a little vegetable broth.
Wash it all down with 2 big glasses of water
